  • Ellipsometer – Horiba-Jobin Yvon

  • TGA/DTA- Perkin-Elmer- Diamond 1500°C ; DSC 1 Mettler Toledo

  • Thermoelectric measurement by ZEM3 from room temperature up to 700°C - Ulvac Riko

  • Thermal diffusivity measures from room temperature up to 800°C (Laser flash-Netsch- LEA457 Microflash)
